Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be returned in the original packaging
  • Show no signs of damage or misuse

Refunds

Since we currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only, approved refunds will be provided through a suitable refund method agreed upon with the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue, and we will make it right.


Return Shipping

Naumora covers the return shipping costs for approved returns. Customers will not be charged return shipping fees once the return request has been confirmed by our team.
